Oscar season is approaching, and so it’s time for Steve and Simon’s Academy Award predictions. Roma features highly, although Simon rates it just a little more than Steve does. Both of our reviewers have plenty of good things to say about Can You Ever Forgive Me?, while Simon presents a very strong case for If Beale Street Could Talk.
And this week’s podcast extra is Simon’s chat with Dave Baxter of Avalanche City, ahead of the release of new album My Babylon.
